Child Custody
When parents divorce, child custody may be an issue. Each parent may want custody of the child, but it comes down to what is in the best interest of the child. If both parents agree on custody matters it may be solved with out going to court or mediation. However, full representation is required in custody battles.
Full representation is required when parties are disputing child support or visitation. In this case the court will use the guidelines in determining the amount of support and deem custody based on the best interest for the child.
However, it is not uncommon for both parties to agree over child support and visitation. It is still important to file the proper documentation. We handle all Family Law legal documents from divorce, amendments, child support and child custody.
