Fred L. Howe is a Civil Litigation Attorney with twenty years of experience litigating Personal Injury and Family Law cases in Arizona. Fred worked as staff counsel for Prudential Insurance for more than 10 years and defended the company against Personal Injury claims brought against their insured.
